Cancellation policy:
• The cancellation of the reservation must be done in writing in all cases.
• Up to 30 days before arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without penalty payment. In the case of a possible refund of the advance payment, the cost of the transfer will be borne by the guest.
• From the 29th to the 15th day before arrival, it is possible to exchange the paid advance for a voucher and use it within 1 year from the date of issue. In this case, no deduction is made. If the customer does not request the voucher, 90% of the paid advance will be charged as a penalty.
• In case of cancellation from the 14th day before arrival to the day of arrival, the entire deposit will be charged as a penalty.
• In the event that the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, or the Guest arrives on a later day within the confirmed stay or leaves earlier, he is obliged to pay 100% of the confirmed amount for the entire booked period.
• If the Guest has ensured the use of accommodation services by prepayment, credit card guarantee, or in other ways stipulated in the Contract, and does not arrive by 6:00 p.m. local time on the day of arrival, or does not indicate in advance that he will arrive at a later time, the Hotel It enforces a contractual penalty. In this case, the accommodation will be reserved for the Guest until 10:00 a.m. the day after the day of arrival, after which the Hotel's service obligation will cease.
• Unexpected situations (illness, accident, other family event, unfavourable weather conditions, traffic obstacles, etc.) may occur before and during the trip, therefore we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance on the day of booking.
Modification conditions:
• Changes to the reservation must be notified in writing in all cases.
• It is possible to move an already finalized and confirmed reservation to another date, or to change the number of staff, depending on the currently valid prices and free capacity, according to the following conditions:
o Up to the 15th day before arrival, the 1st time is free, each subsequent time HUF 5,000.
o From the 14th to the 2nd day before arrival, 10% of the total amount of the reservation, but min. HUF 10,000.
o The full amount of the deposit paid on the day before arrival or on the day of arrival will be charged as a modification cost.
• In the event of a change, the advance payment (the remaining amount if the change fee is liquidated) can be used within 1 year.
• In the case of individual and promotional offers, the modification conditions included in the offer shall govern.
It is not possible to refund the services (accommodation, meals, treatments, etc.) booked but not used or modified during the Guest's stay at the hotel.
Important! On January 1, 2021, CLVI of 2016 on the state tasks for the development of tourist areas entered into force. amendment of the law. From 01.09.2021, the VIZA (Closed Guest Information Database) system will be introduced at Hungarian accommodations. This means that the accommodation provider is obliged to record and transmit the guest's personal data as defined by law to the VIZA system through the document reader part of the accommodation management software. The provision of data is mandatory for each guest in the reservation, which requires a document suitable for personal identification or a travel document. Please prepare the documents of each guest upon arrival for faster check-in. If your minor guest does not yet have such a document, please take care of obtaining it before arrival. If the document is not presented, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.
Other information:
In the case of half-board, the indicated price includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner as part of the half-board service. Drinks at dinner are payable separately. The first meal is dinner on the day of arrival, the last meal is breakfast on the day of departure.

• Breakfast buffet Mon-Sun: 7:30 - 10:00
• Buffet dinner: Sun-Thurs: 17:30 - 20:30
Fri-Sat and always during special periods: 17:30 – 21:00
In the case of a pre-ordered menu lunch, the first lunch can be served on the day after arrival, and the last lunch on the day of departure between 12:00 and 14:00. Please note that we can provide our rooms until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Pets: unfortunately we cannot accept cats and other pets.
