It’s up to you to decide what you’d like to get out of our saunas. Finnish and infrared saunas are a great way of relaxing, regenerating or freshening up, or perhaps just warming up your muscles before one our animator-led programmes. It’s best to choose the method of using the sauna based on what kind of activity you’d like to take part in afterwards during your stay. When using the sauna, it’s advisable to allow enough time for both the sauna itself and a period of resting afterwards, which you can spend in our relaxation area. On request, we can also provide sauna essences in our sauna world.
